Computer Skills Tutoring $100
/hr
Learning how to use computers in a constantly changing environment can be difficult, that's why I am offering my services to anyone who feels that it's just too confusing or frustrating to get anything done. I offer in-person or over the phone tutoring which can be aided with diagrams if requested.
Device set up and configuration $125/hr + $20 per new device installation
Any household electronic device and I can set it up quickly and easily. Alexa, Google Home, Ring, Routers, Printers, Smart Tvs, you name it. If it's plugged into the wall or uses batteries i can set it up.
Device Troubleshooting $125/hr with over the phone support
Have a laptop that's slowing down? a remote controller that won't change the channel? Wifi not working? Call me, ill figure out the problem and set things straight. If anything changes after our appointment I offer over the phone support when available.
